Tucked away in a quiet private cul-de sac, this 3 bedroom detached bungalow, set in private mature grounds, is the ultimate family holiday getaway. The sandy Morfa Nefyn beach, the spectacular 27 hole Nefyn Golf Club and local shops are just a few minutes walk away - so hang up your car keys and relax!

The property has undergone a full and tasteful refurbishment in late 2009 including a state of the art fitted kitchen with every built-in appliance conceivable (the owners love to cook and entertain so you will find everything you will ever need). Laura Ashley fabrics abound and the furnishings are all tastefully selected to ensure a warm coastal feel.

Outside living is a feature of this house. The gardens are secure, private and not overlooked.  Cook and eat from the static barbecue on the lawn or simply relax on the newly built sun-trap terrace - you will be spoilt for choice. All weather rattan sofas, sun-loungers and outside dining area with parasol  are all standard features.

Whether it’s a family beach holiday, walking or golfing break, Swn-y-Wylan is your perfect base. The house caters for all weathers, with a Plasma TV, DVD, CD player and a host of family games and jigsaws.

At the end of the day, relax in front of the beach-stone open log fire with a glass of wine and try to stay awake………its not easy!
